“We are so pleased with the rebranding and redesign of San Tan Leads’ new website,” said Bruce Cote with A-1 Hand Handyman, one of the original members of the group. “The functionality and ease of use of the site makes www.SanTanLeads.com a dynamic resource for both members, guests and potential customers."
The website opens with a rotating slideshow and a full list of members, making it easy for future members and potential customers to see the industries that are represented. "We wanted to take a more personal approach with this redesign. Our previous site, which MyBizNow.com also designed in 2011, focused more on the businesses represented and targeting new members. This time around we wanted to highlight the people that actually represent the businesses while focusing more on the potential customers needing the services of our members," said Dewayne Castillo, founder of San Tan Leads. "American Family Insurance, for example, is a great company, but Ty is our guy and we want residents looking for services to understand that."
Visitors to the site have the ability to access San Tan Leads members by contact name, company name, by industry or product or service offered. Member reviews, information about where the group meets, their membership requirements and the group's history are also easily accessible. A blog, with an RSS feed, frequently asked questions and the ability for guests to RSVP to a meeting or even submit a member application online have also been added.
San Tan Leads also wanted to be able to promote their VIP club for residents. With reminders throughout the new site, residents can text santanleads to 244326 or sign up via email and receive a weekly discount, special or tip from one of the members. The VIP club is free to join and having the option to sign up via text or email gives residents a choice.
"Over the years we've been asked by clients to allow them the opportunity to post reviews about the services and products they've used from members in the group," said Castillo. "We thought that would be a great way to not only keep customers coming back to the site, but a great way for the reputable work provided by our members to be highlighted for prospective clients."
"For our members, we've added quite a bit of functionality to the site as well," said Castillo. "Each member can now login to their own account and list information about their business, add custom images, video, complete contact information, a personal bio, a photo and website and social media links. In addition, facebook posts and tweets are now visible on each member's page. We've also added a commenting section that allows clients and members to post reviews about the group and/or any of the members' services or products."
The new site is responsive as well, which allows for easy viewing on all devices, including tablets and smartphones.
“Our goal was to design a user-friendly site, that was responsive, easy to navigate and would highlight our members and the excellent work they do," said Castillo. “We've accomplished that task.”
